Here is a cardboard mock up of the white rectangular sign hanging from the oak tree in the front island at Center Park. Words to read "Carlisle Center Park" with the smaller words "Public Welcome" underneath. We need to fine tune the border, font and font size of the vinyl letters, plus the thickness of the white Azek board. There is to be an Historical Commission site visit, then a "Continued hearing" on March 22. Assuming approval, then it is off to the Select Board for their agreement to the design and their town funding approval.
